JFD have become part of the UK's largest green building community – our ethos has always been to produce architecture and designs that focus on sustainable building. We pride ourselves on our focus on society’s need to build better buildings and to dramatically improve the performance of existing buildings, in the context of energy security, climate change and peoples’ health and wellbeing.
The AECB (the Association for Environment Conscious Building) is a network of individuals and companies with a common aim of promoting sustainable building. They bring together contractors, trades people, self builders, architects, designers, engineers, manufacturers, housing associations, local authorities and academics to develop, share and promote green building best practice
Our accreditation and membership means that we undergo continuous training in Passivhaus design, Retrofit design and carbon friendly/neutral design.
